FÜD, a specialty catering company in Hollywood that serves parties of 30 or less in intimate, elegant settings needed a brand that could carry across collateral, placards, menus, as well as a whole host of applications. With crisp white linens, they wanted a brand that was graceful and tasteful and not loud. We created a look that was stylish and refined while letting the white paper and linens shine through.
CHALLENGES
Creating an elegant, almost calligraphic identity that could stand on its own or stand back and let the food speak for itself presented a stylistic challenge that we were eager to conquer. Printing provided a challenge with “barely there” ink that needed to still feel warm and inviting.
OUTCOME
Ultimately, from light touch printing to considered paper choices, what we delivered was a brand and collateral system that echoed the ethos of the company itself, and felt wam and inviting, but still exclusive and high end.
